10-12 deseeded dates
2 cups tamarind juice
1/4 cup jaggery(gur)
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp zeera powder
Salt to taste
1. Blend together tamarind water and dates.
2. Heat 2 cups of water in a saucepan and add all the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes until thick.
3. Cool and store in refrigerator in jars.
